Amit Vijay Karia, aged about 39 (thirty-nine) years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He is admitted as an Associate with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi and as an Associate with Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He is enrolled as a Professional member with the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI). He has an experience of 12 (twelve) years as a professional. Presently, he is also a Director in Algoquest Techno Solutions Private Limited, Organic Waste (India) Private Limited, Solapur Bioenergy Systems Private Limited and Organic Recycling Systems Limited. He is also a designated partner in Incorp Restructuring Services LLP.
